Copyright policy

I have a strict policy to promptly address clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by one of our users, I kindly request that you submit a proper notification following the guidelines below. All notices must comply with the notification requirements outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

  1. Clearly identify yourself as either:
    • The owner of the copyrighted work(s)
    • A person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  2. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Provide detailed information about the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity. Please include the exact location of the infringing file, including the exact link.
  4. Furnish the web address (URL) under which the infringing link has been published.
  5. Include your contact information, including your full name, address, and telephone number.

Please note that under the DMCA, individuals making misrepresentations regarding copyright infringement may be held liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, along with court costs and attorney fees.

A proper notification must contain all the above information; otherwise, it may be disregarded. Additionally, please be aware that I cannot directly delete streams and files hosted on platforms such as YouTube or dedicated servers.
